What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are your soul’s library, where your past, present, and potential futures exist.
Guarded by the Record Keepers, they hold wisdom and information beyond our conscious awareness. They are a vast resource library that can provide insights and wisdom that accelerate our healing and our expansion.
The Records are accessed through reverence and ceremony, through the power of the subconscious mind.
You don’t need previous experience, special abilities, or the ability to visualize to participate.

I’m a ceremonial healer, neurospiritual practitioner, and founder of The Rapid Renegade. I bring together Akashic Records work, subconscious integration, nervous-system practices, and sound to create spaces for reflection, connection, and personal transformation.

Do I need experience with the Akashic Records?
Not at all. Every gathering opens with a simple introduction to the Records and how we’ll work with them, and I guide you through each step. Many people come to their first event simply curious.
What if I can’t visualize?
You’re in good company. I have aphantasia, which means I don’t see pictures in my mind. My connection to the Records comes through feeling, knowing, words, and sensation in my body.
Insight arrives in many ways, and none of them is more real than another. You’ll receive in the way that’s natural for you.
Are all events open to everyone?
Some gatherings are held just for women, and others welcome men and women. Each event listing shows who it’s for.
Do I have to share personal information with the group?
No. Sharing is always an invitation. You can keep your reflections private, share a little, or simply listen. Any practice that involves touch is offered with your consent, and you can step out of any part of the experience at any time.
Where are events held?
Many events are held at The Beau Co., 5115 N. Central Ave in Phoenix. Some take place at other Phoenix venues, and every listing includes the address and arrival details.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or cot, a blanket, a pillow or bolster, an eye mask, a journal and pen, and water. You’re welcome to bring a crystal or meaningful object. Each event page lists anything specific to that experience.
